A Transitional California Haven

When longtime clients came to BDC requesting a facelift of their newly-acquired East Sacramento home, we were thrilled to dive right in. Though the initial brief was for a light refresh, the project grew into a thoughtful, loving renovation that touched most of the home. Focused on creating a sense of laid-back welcome and hospitality, the BDC team bridged the interior and exterior spaces with a cohesive palette and a mix of transitional furnishings that speak to the California-cool atmosphere of the home and its inhabitants.

Mid-Century Modern Addition | Parts 1 & 2

In this update the finished product becomes more clear. Eric takes us through the home, and presents what is in store for the next steps. Thanks to our hardworking carpenters, this project is flying by!

We have an update on the mid-century modern addition! Eric reveals the progress we have made with the project, and re-caps the details of the design. We cannot wait to see the final product. Stay tuned for the next update coming soon.

Eric Benning took the time to give a descriptive tour of our latest project. This mid-century modern home is getting an addition to the primary suite. This addition includes a bathroom with a large walk in shower, and luxurious primary bedroom with sliding glass doors that lead to the beautiful yard.
