Eric shares his journey as a third-generation builder, his philosophy on timeless design, and why quality, integrity, and efficiency drive every project. From mid-century modern transformations to the advantages of design-build, this episode is packed with insights for homeowners and investors alike.
Mid-Century Modern Addition | Part 3
We are almost at the finish line!
This addition includes a primary suite, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The primary Bedroom has a gorgeous feature wall that reflects the natural light beautifully. The walnut paneling is a classic MCM design element that is perfectly honored.
In the primary bathroom our tile installer, Igor, has worked tirelessly on perfecting the glass tiles.
To avoid a trim piece to finish off the tiled shower walls, Igor has mitered and hand-polished each piece of glass. His perfectionist mindset is one that we appreciate on a job like this!
The project is finishing up, and we cannot wait to show the final results. Stay tuned to our Instagram for additional updates on this project, and others like it!
