Meet Luke Sanderson. Luke is a member of our construction team and has worked for BDC for the past four years as a powerhouse in whole-home remodel projects. However, his relationship with our owner, Eric Benning, goes back much longer than that. When Luke was a child, Eric worked under Luke's dad in construction and they have known one another for years.
Luke was homeschooled all of his life, and when he graduated from high school a year early he dove straight into construction, starting under his dad in 2007. Luke has a natural talent and an incredible eye for creating beautiful living spaces. His craftsmanship, paired with our in-house design team's direction, truly showcase his ability.
Luke specializes in finish carpentry and is passionate about woodworking and building fine furniture. He is a Sacramento native, living with his lovely wife Kayla and their two cats. He spends his weekends working overtime on clients' homes or on his own personal projects. Luke is a vital part of BDC's team, and has a serious impact on any remodel in which he plays a role.
